“St Germain is truly a hidden gem. The bar is beautifully designed and the bartenders really knowledgeable. We had some really interesting cocktails but they also do the classics well. The daiquiris and martinis are especially good and worth a mention. The head bartender took really good care of us, recommending drinks and made it a really special evening.
