Chez Bruce was set up in February 1995 by Bruce Poole and Nigel Platts-Martin. Chez Bruce succeeds in serving the very best food in a relaxed, informal and professionally run environment. Although acheiving many awards Chez Bruce strives to cimprove in every department - in the kitchen, with their wine and in the dining room.
The food is mainly based upon classical and regional French cooking with a combination of mediterranean flavours from Spain and Italy. Chez Bruce is often favoured by London's wine trade professionals which speaks volummes for the quality, breadth and value of their wine list. (Updated 01/09/2005)
