Level 31 - Private Hire for Parties & Events.
A stunning 10 metre zinc bar dominates Level 31. This entire floor is dedicated to private functions and dinners, cocktail parties and events - the space is available with full a/v facilities if required. A 24 hour license enables dancing till dawn!
Level 32 - Cocktail Bar, Lounge & Restaurant.
Renowned designer Tom Dixon has created a stylish environment at Level 32 in which guests can drink, dine and entertain. Menus cater for both casual and formal dining throughout the day - and the west facing lounge is the perfect setting for a sundown cocktail. On the 32nd floor in the restaurant, Head Chef Colin Layfield will be serving a sophisticated range of British cuisine simply cooked and immaculately presented.

“Visited Paramount on the 19/3 for romantic celebratory drinks with my other half and loved every minute.
Had read reviews whereby visitors descibed the place as pretentious but I stongly disagree, we were treated professionally and curteously from the moment we stepped through the door!
Granted, it is expensive but I truly believe you get what you pay for!
Pure elegance and class!”

“Have been a couple of times & have loved every minute of being there.
It certainly has the WOW! factor & found the staff to be very friendly & helpful.
It's the only place I know that I have to sit in a different place every time I have another drink.
Will go again & again & again.”

“Booked in as part of the London Food Festival lunch special for a group of 6.. turned up and decided we would enjoy the views on a few drinks first.. waiters were quite pushy to order drinks and when we ordered less than the number of people we had, was met with sarcastic remarks..
Onto the lunch, they gave us the brunch menu (it was 2pm) and was told that the LFF special was not available on the weekends although it was booked with them and confirmed with my CC and the place was pretty much empty..
They kept pushing us to see the brunch menu which I was not impressed with and again met with sniggering waiters and acrimonious comments. After making a complaint about this, was finally given the LFF menu to order and throughout the ordeal waiters have been the rudest ones I've ever met with simple things like the butter tray thrown briskly onto the table..
View's are great, but not worth the rudest service Ive ever experienced on offer at this pretentious dig..”

“Great Bar. Drinks are great, service is great, you dont notice the other people around which is a massive plus. Great atmosphere and theres always a table free. I would happily go there every time i went out for the rest of my life.”
